The Delaware County Fire Chief's Association meets on the 2nd Wednesday of every odd month at a Fire or EMS location throughout Delaware County. The Fire Chief's Association meets to discuss matters affecting departments throughout the county and works on ways to better serve our communities as one. The Fire Chief's Association has been working together on training to bring departments closer together as we are working together on mutual aid calls more than ever. Our mission is to serve the community in the most efficient ways possible while providing the most professional service possible. Our Training Officers meeting during some of these meetings as we continue to institute the Delaware County Fire Academy which is being built at the Yorktown and Daleville Fire Departments working in conjunction with one another to provide certification classes while utilizing instructors from the other departments.
